Privacy notice
This notice covers the Frank Signal website, operated by Wade Warren in New York, United States. For questions about this notice or your information, contact wade@franksignal.com.
Inquiries and scheduling
We use the business contact details and other information you submit to respond to your inquiry, arrange a meeting, and manage the business relationship. We use Apollo for forms and scheduling. Apollo may enrich business contact records and process submitted information under its own terms and privacy policy, including for its services. The booking page is hosted by Apollo.
Please keep your initial message brief. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, employee records, or confidential company documents through these forms.
Website analytics and session replay
We use PostHog's United States service to understand which pages are useful and how visitors move through the website. This includes page views, link and button clicks, scrolling, viewed sections, device and browser information, the audience or account page visited, limited campaign labels, and whether an inquiry was successfully submitted. A browser identifier connects activity across visits; we do not attach your submitted name or email address to that identifier.
Session replay reconstructs website interactions, such as navigation, clicks, and scrolling, to help us improve the experience. Our configuration masks input fields and blocks forms and embedded frames from replay. It removes URL query strings and fragments, limits referrer information, and disables console recording and network request bodies and headers. Password and access-link handoff pages do not initialize website analytics. PostHog is configured to anonymize IP addresses and retain recordings for 30 days.
Our own PostHog events do not contain inquiry text or submitted contact fields. Apollo's forms operate separately under the policy linked above. Website analytics may still tell us that a browser visited a page prepared for a particular company; an account name is not proof of the visitor's identity.
Your analytics choices
You can turn Frank's PostHog analytics and session replay off in this browser. This does not prevent you from using the website or submitting an inquiry. We also honor Global Privacy Control and the browser's Do Not Track signal for this analytics integration.
Analytics preferences are available when JavaScript is enabled.
Your preference is saved in this browser. Clearing site data removes it. Other browsers and devices have their own settings. A browser privacy signal takes precedence over turning analytics on here. This choice controls Frank's PostHog integration; it does not change essential hosting or access controls, or settings on Apollo's separately hosted booking page.
Hosting, access, and browser storage
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Hosting services process technical request information needed to deliver the pages and limit abuse. The site stores your chosen light or dark appearance and your analytics preference. When you unlock an account-specific page, it also stores a temporary access session. PostHog uses browser storage for its analytics identifier when enabled.
Retention and requests
We keep inquiry and correspondence information while it is needed to respond and manage the business relationship. Email wade@franksignal.com to ask about information you provided or request a correction or deletion. Include enough context for us to locate your inquiry without sending additional sensitive information.
Engagement data
Data collected for consulting, software, or managed implementation engagements is addressed separately with the contracting company. Illustrative workflow graphics on this website use demonstration data.
